Job Title:   Learning Consultant

Responsibilities:

• The person will be responsible for:
• Business management and Competence Consulting
• Regional learning Service Sales
• Training suppliers
• Meeting training responsible person or HR managers of Huawei’s customers
• Training coordination
• Designing learning programs and solutions for Huawei’s customers
• Marketing business learning solutions
• Support sales team in the process of selling business learning solutions
• Manage delivery of business learning solutions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience where at least 3 years is in training/ business consulting;
• Bachelor degree and above;
• A combination of strong business acumen and communication skills, able to engage customers’ management at all levels and understand their issues & needs;
• Good consulting skills, solution designing skills, and resource investigating skills.
• Team player passion to win, sense of quality, quick learner, drive;
• Being willing to travel at a short notice
• Telecom industry understanding is a plus;
• Good understanding of adult learning theories and practices

General Requirements for the position;

• Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company, Telecoms Vendor or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority.
• Bachelor or Higher Degree, in Electrical, Computer Science or telecommunications Engineering
• Good Customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic to work with both Oral and written fluency in English Language
• Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel and PowerPoint)

• Self-motivated flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
