Requirements are as follow:
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate Product Life Cycle. LTB, RAN strategies and Roadmaps to both internal & external customer in the region
• Position & present new Products, Features & Functions, Ericsson Added Value (TCO) within the region.
• Take overall responsibility for the RAN tender including the technical SoC.
• Participate in RAN Product introduction. RAN Sales Program projects and RAN competence development workshops towards Ericsson customers.
• Provide support to deployment projects related to new Software releases
• Be the RAN Local Product Management responsible for RAN Technical review meetings with Customer
• Obtain RAN technical support & clarifications from the RAN Sales Support team
• Provide ordering support to KAM (Key Account Management) organizations as well as installed base management.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• In depth knowledge of overall GSM network, Ericsson product incl. the RAN, site & Network Mgt solutions
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Knowledge of the business environment
• Good knowledge of design, dimensioning of RAN/IP-RAN solutions, SW feature packages and argumentation
• Good Knowledge of technology evolution and standards bodies, 3GPP, ITU & ETSI
• Good understanding of GSM/WCDMA RAN nodes and functionalities & transport solutions
• Business case modeling & project management skills
In addition, the successful applicants would be required to possess the following:
(a) Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Electrical/ electronics engineering
- 3 years experience in the telecom environment
b) Personal Traits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of Customer Focus and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to travel within the region, work independently and effectively within a team
- Ability to take responsibility, be accountability, be accountable and result- oriented
