*Candidate should possess a good first degree in Marketing, Economics or any of the Social Sciences.
*MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
*Must have a minimum of 10-15 years experience a banking environment and 5 years of successful direct experience in management or at a professional level with strong understanding of microfinance and grassroot banking.
*Aged between 40-45 years.
