Requirement:
• Be able to respond to the challenges of leading the school and demonstrate thorough knowledge of all aspects of teaching.
• Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of school management.
• Be able to cultivate and maintain good working relations with pupil/ students, staff and parents.
• Have proven integrity and credibility In handling school-based resources
• Have skills in gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and information on school matters.
• Be a creative and visionary individual with proven integrity and/or management skills.
• Have a high level of honesty and integrity and posses computer skills.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Candidates for positions under No.1above must hold NCE and/or First Degree in Education and Masters Degree in Educational Admin. / Management and possess 10 years teaching experience in a reputable schools either as Supervisor, Deputy Head Teacher or Head Teacher for the post of Head Teacher; and \ Supervisor, Vice Principal or Principal for Heads of junior and senior High School.
The School management shall;
Offer a comprehensive support package to all staff Value its staff and seek to develop them Remunerate well above the average in the industry.
