Our Client a property development company requires the following suitably qualified candidates
• Act as professional adviser on property and perfection of legal title
• Proffers advice on the legal structuring and financing of Property project
• Provide legal advisory service to the company and clients in line with the corporate objective of the company
• Conducts legal and regulatory due diligence exercise on behalf of company
• Drafts commercial Agreements,' including tenancy and Lease Agreements
• Prepares relevant documentation in accordance with Real Estate and Lease Agreements laws and regulations
• Proffer advice on the registration of properties and premises
Requirements:
• Must have B. Land LL B • Minimum of 5 years experience working on convincing
• Sound knowledge of property laws and regulation • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
