THE ROLE
The core functions of this role include:
• Full responsibility for Company's reporting to the Board
• Marketing and Client Services Supervision
• Underwriting Supervision
• Claims Supervision Operations
• Staff Supervision
• Interfacing with various Regulatory Bodies
• Reporting to the Board
THE PERSON
• Ideal candidate must be suitably qualified with at least 10 years post qualification experience and experience managing a successful brokerage business.
• You must demonstrate superior knowledge of the industry and its market.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is essential.
• The ideal candidate would possess at least 7 years relevant experience within the insurance brokerage industry as well as a degree/diploma in marketing or insurance.
