Requirements are as follow:


KEY RESPONSILITIES

• Responsible for technical solutions within the KAM Organization

• Identifying customer needs and new sales opportunities

• Planning and promoting the introduction of new products and releases

• Conducting technical marketing by presenting technical solutions/ product to customer

• Preparing technical solutions for offers and solution description documents

• Analysis of technical requirements and preparations of requirement sprcs. Towards product owners

• Arranging product/solution seminars and workshops for customers

• Overall responsible for technical solutions part in RFI, RFP, RFT & SoCs in tenders

• Overall technically responsible for the WCDMA/GSM solution and working as the main technical interface on the WCDMA/GSM solution towards the customer


GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• In depth knowledge of overall GSM network, Ericsson product incl. the RAN, site & Network Mgt solutions

• Excellent Presentation skills

• Knowledge of the business environment

• Good knowledge of design, dimensioning of RAN/IP-RAN solutions, SW feature packages and argumentation

• Good Knowledge of technology evolution and standards bodies, 3GPP, ITU & ETSI

• Good understanding of GSM/WCDMA RAN nodes and functionalities & transport solutions

• Business case modeling & project management skills

In addition, the successful applicants would be required to possess the following:
(a) Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Electrical/ electronics engineering
- 3 years experience in the telecom environment

b) Personal Traits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of Customer Focus and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to travel within the region, work independently and effectively within a team
- Ability to take responsibility, be accountability, be accountable and result- oriented
