The ideal candidates for the position must possess either a B.Sc. Nursing, SRN or any other Nursing Certificate recognized by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and have between 8 and 10 years industrial nursing experience preferably in a factory setting.
The successful candidate will provide initial assessment of illnesses and work-related injuries and follow up appropriate treatment or referral to the company's appointed physician. He or She will therefore manage and coordinate the health and wellbeing of members of staff by documenting and maintaining injury and illness records and providing case management for occupational illnesses and injuries to ensure employees receive quick and appropriate treatment to minimize time away from work.
REMUNERATION
While the salary packages are attractive, successful candidates will be rewarded on the basis of their qualifications and experience.
