SALES PEOPLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop profitable new client relationships and manage existing accounts focused on client success and satisfaction.
• Exceed quarterly goals and revenue.
• Work closely the sales team, campaign team and production team to deliver creative and as well as industry leading promotional and branding solutions for our clients.
• Selling advertising space and sponsorship programs.
• Developing new business accounts through research and prospecting.
• Participating in field work, campaign outreach, branding and public awareness.
• Optimize campaigns to secure new advertising accounts and business opportunities.
• Develop compelling integrated proposals packages that deliver results through our proven media assets.
• Perform sales presentations to large and small groups.
• Knowledge of print and digital advertising processes, a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in exceeding revenue and targets.
• Strong ability to negotiate.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• High levels of customer service both internally and externally.
• 2-5 years in advertising sales and account management experience is preferred.
• Should possess excellent written and outstanding communication skills.
• B Sc/BA /HND/ a must and MBA degree preferred.
Salary:
Very Attractive, Base plus Commission
