PURPOSE OF THE JOB /MAIN OBJECTIVE:
(a) Drive the business to achieve company targets in terms of turnover. profitability and overall efficiency of the division,
(b) To design systems that ensure compliance to the highest service standards in all areas of operation, including customer service, employee motivation, sates/marketing, property appearance, profit/financial control and other duties as required or assigned
(c) To design systems that ensure the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, building maintenance, product quality and speed of service (CHAMPS).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
(i) Drive divisional contribution to the development and production of the company annual business plan
(ii) Coordinate the effective implementation of the division's business plan to achieve the Company goals and objectives tor each year.
(iii) Develop and implement strategies aimed at continuous people development for strategic advantage
(iv) Initiate and implement divisional and local marketing strategies aimed at achieving business targets.
(v) Drive the process of new outlet expansion program aimed at increasing market share
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENT
Education/Work/Age Requirement
i. A minimum of HND or B.Sc- in Hotel and Catering/Hospitality Management or any of other related discipline from a reputable institution
ii. At least 12 years Post-NYSC relevant experience in a food service or retail environment out of which 5 years must have been acquired at a top managerial level
iii. Age Not more than 45 years
Technical Requirements:
i. Solid progression through FAB ranks
ii. Track record building outlet volume and average checks
iii. Experience implementing raw F&8 concepts
iv. Establish and maintain proper inventories
All positions require a profound understanding of customer service concept and delivery as well as clear, concise written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
