in our Supply Chain Department. CUST
CUSTOMER LOGISTICS MANAGER (CLM)
The CLM is the owner of the customer contract, order and project in Ericsson's business system and secures fulfillment of all supply related activities from proposal to order, contract terms and conditions until delivery at the agreed destination
Effectively enters and processes customer contract, order and project data in Ericsson's business system with high quality
Effectively enters and processes customer claims in Ericsson's business system and process tool with high quality
Provides timely and accurate communication towards the customers and suppliers of status during the end-to-end flow to secure effective use of supply chain and timely financial transactions
Proactively secures end-user statements, export control, L/C, GSM Association membership and when required ensures 3rd party inspections are in place
Effectively handles exemptions and priority requests from markets
Actively works with optimizing actual orders in order to maximize inventory turnover and to minimize inventory carrying costs
Perform target and measurement follow-up on internal performance within markets
Manage distribution logistics to meet project time plans and reduce costs
Knowledge & General Skills
Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management and allied fields
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc
Good knowledge of INCOTERMS
Good Knowledge of clearance procedures at ports
Good understanding of telecoms technologies
Excellent written and spoken English
Personal Traits
Ability to take initiative
Ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Ability to communicate effectively
Result oriented
Dedicated
Committed
