It now seeks to recruit suitably qualified and experienced professional to drive its on-going expansion process.
LEGAL OFFICER (Ref; LO/04/08)
This is a middle management position for a young and upwardly mobile professional Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
*Report to the Company Secretary/Legal Advisor
*Ensure compliance with all statutory provisions and other legal requirements
*Handle legal matters and court cases of the Company
*Develop relationships and partnership with Company retained Solicitors
*Relate with Shareholders and Registrar, etc
*Assist with filing of returns to Regulatory authorities, etc
*Regular review of all legal and regulatory developments affecting the Company's operations
*Handle any other legal matters affecting the Company
Qualification & Experience
*L.LB (minimum of 2.2) from a reputable University
*Possess minimum of 3years post call experience in corporate law and/or litigation
*Additional qualification, i.e. L.LM, an added advantage
*Computer literacy
*Age between 28 - 30 years
COMPENSATION PLAN.
Very competitive, well above Industry average, includes Productivity based package
