HUMAN RESOURCE/LEGAL OFFICER
Job Summary:
1. Ensures the group complies with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements
2. Keeps company functionaries informed of their legal responsibilities.
3. Leadership and coordination of company's HR functions.
4. Development and implementation of corporate.HR strategies and programmes.
Qualification:
1. Bachelors' degree in Law, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations with a minimum of second class degree.
Experience:
1. Minimum of eight (8) years relevant HR and Legal experience, the last three (3) of which must be at the management level.
Requirement:
1. Good oral and written communication skills
2. Demonstrated organisational and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software.
REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
