The person

Should be highly resourceful. Self motivated &
crank goal getter, ready to discover new horizons with his/her team with a
pioneering spirit and nerve Experience in a similar research based program
& coordination  of major IT
development  project especially in the
banking industry will be  useful,
knowledge of ATM and integrated transaction packages will be of advantages
