Requirements are as follow:

KEY RESPONSIBILITY


• Conduct technical marketing within the product area, by doing technical presentations, and arranging product seminars for the customer and Internally within Ericsson

• Define a local product plan in accordance with company strategies and customer needs

• Support business activities, in line with the strategies and objectives of the business plan, based on the product plan

• Plan the introduction of new products and releases with the customer

• Identify customer needs and collect user requirement to improve or add functions on products

• Support the KAM organizations with technical solutions in Core networks & IMS

• Handles RFQ. RFI, RFT. technical SoC in tenders from customers relating to Core network & IMS

• Overall responsibility of managing products throughout product life cycles

• Increase customers’ awareness of Ericsson core products

• Provide ordering support to KAM organizations as well as installed base management.


GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• In depth knowledge of overall GSM network, Ericsson product incl. the RAN, site & Network Mgt solutions

• Excellent Presentation skills

• Knowledge of the business environment

• Good knowledge of design, dimensioning of RAN/IP-RAN solutions, SW feature packages and argumentation

• Good Knowledge of technology evolution and standards bodies, 3GPP, ITU & ETSI

• Good understanding of GSM/WCDMA RAN nodes and functionalities & transport solutions

• Business case modeling & project management skills

In addition, the successful applicants would be required to possess the following:
(a) Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Electrical/ electronics engineering
- 3 years experience in the telecom environment

b) Personal Traits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of Customer Focus and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to travel within the region, work independently and effectively within a team
- Ability to take responsibility, be accountability, be accountable and result- oriented
