Recruitment for Supply-Chain (Management Department)
Planner (Logistics Monitoring)-(Position ID: P100106 Import & Export)
General Requirements for this position;
* Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company. Telecoms Vendor or 1CT is preferred and is of top-priority,
* Bachelor or Higher Degree in engineering-or relevant equivalent
*Good Customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and lias ability to work
Independently.
*Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic to work with both Oral and written fluency in English Language.
*Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
*Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
*Applicant should be open to learning new skills and technology
*Applicants should not be more than 3 5 years of age.
*Fresh Graduates that have concluded N YSC can apply
*Successful applicants should be Goal-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills, and be a
Very good team player.
*The successful applicant should be good at information gathering and analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination with internal and external parties to follow up and monitor shipments.
Coordination and communication with logistics service providers in import and export of main equipment as well as spare parts and tools and equipment, including Form M application, documentation preparation,
Customs clearance formalities, tariffs verification, local transportation to warehouse and etc.
• Send job instructions to customs brokers and ensure they comply with
Huawei requirements and local regulations and laws;
• Maintain and update HS code, tariff and customs regulation external audit and track and trace
Purposes;
• Responsible for overall security, efficient customs clearance and on-time delivery.
Requirements;
• Applicant must have Bachelor degree in Engineering and higher Degree in Commerce or International Trade will be an added advantage;
• Experience of service for multinational company, and telecom Equipment Company is preferred;
Good knowledge of import documents (Fl, CCVO.MC.PLetc).
• Good Knowledge of the Nigerian import policies.
• More than 2 years working experience in
Logistics field should be required;
