OPERATIONS MANAGER
Candidate Requirement
*HND/OND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the
Field.
*Experience in building management is an advantage.
*Good Communication Skills
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*The Operations Manager will be responsible for general supervision of a wide variety tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the properties within our portfolio.
*Liaising with the onsite Managers and technicians, the Operations Manager will ensure that properties and the equipment in them are kept in optimal working condition, and will keep management informed of area activities and significant problems.
