TICKETING AND RESERVATION OFFICER - Job Ref: TRO-036
Station: Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, Kano and Port-Harcourt
As part of our commitment to expand and provide a world class carrier to Nigeria; we are seeking experienced and courteous individuals to join our team.
To join us as a Ticketing and Reservation Officer you will need to:
1. Possess a minimum of HND or B.Sc. qualification
2. Be between the age of 20 and 30 years old.
3. Have completed an IATA course on Fares and Ticketing
4. Have knowledge of reservation systems like AMADEUS, GALILEO etc.
5. Have worked for a reputable airline for at least one year.
6. Be well versed with computer applications.
7. Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
8. Be willing to work in shifts.
