Our client is an indigenous telecommunications company that provides data, internet and voice connectivity, deployed over multiple transmission media. The Company, built on a reputation for professionalism and service delivery, seeks to employ focused, competent, and dynamic individuals to fill this position above:
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for articulating and implementing the Company's HR strategy, policy and procedures. He/she will also supervise the Company's HR functions which include: recruitment, training/development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and performance management,
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• A good first degree from a reputable institution. Possession of higher degree(s) in related field (i.e. MBA) will be an advantage
• Minimum of ten (10) years' relevant experience in a reputable institution
• Membership of relevant professional association is essential
• Knowledge of HR strategy development and implementation
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem solving skills
