A Newly licensed Microfinance Bank located in Lagos mainland and about to open business office in various business districts of Lagos urgently need to fill this top position in the organization as;
HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN (LMBF-HHR)
QUALIFICATION FOR THIS POSITION
A degree or HND in any numerate course.an MBA/ MSc will be essential but not compulsory if the candidate has proven years of experience in management or supervisory role.
Professional certificates from KAN, CIBN etc and post graduate degrees will be an added advantage.
With a minimum of 7-10 years banking experience for the MD, but 5- 7 years banking experience for the other positions.
Not more than 40 years old
Strong knowledge of Microfinance banking operations and regulatory guidelines
Strong knowledge and experience in ICT
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving orientation
