1. The federal Government of Nigeria has received a loan from the African Development Bank in various currencies to finance the cost of National Programme for Food Security of National Food Reserve Agency (Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resource), it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Vehicles, Motor- Cycles and Procurement of Office Equipment.

2. The National Programme for Food Security, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the items below:

3. 4. A complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N15,000 (Fifteen thousand Naira only). The method of payment will be cash.

5. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:00 noon on Friday, 3^rd July, 2009 and must be accompanied by a security for each lot as follows; lot

1-1,050 000.00 Naira only, lot 2- 1.5million Naira Only, and lot 3- 600.000.00 Naira Only. Bidders bidding for more than one lot may elect to provide a bid security for the aggregate amount for the lots bidded.

6. Bids will to opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend, on Friday 3^rd July 2009 Time: 12:00 noon Prompt, at the Conference Hall of the National Programme for Food Security of the National Food Reserve Agency Mabushi Abuja.
