1. The Office of the Surveyor-General of the Federation, invites interested, reputable and competent companies to submit tender for the execution of the under-listed projects;-

1. Scope of Work: Production of street guide as detailed in each of the lots stated below:

Lot 1: Street Guide Map of Ikeja City Capital, Lagos State covering an area of 1540 sq km and Presentation of same in both Hard and Soft copies.

Lot 2: Street Guide Map of Kaduna State covering an area of 1540 sq km and Presentation of same in both Hard and Soft copies.

2-      Requirements For Eligibility

1. i.            Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
2. ii.            Evidence of Tax Clearance for the past 3 years and VAT Certificate.
3. iii.            Evidence of financial capability to execute the supply
4. iv.            Payment of N10, 000.00 non refundable tender fee

3.     Submission/Opening of Tenders

Tender documents must be returned in sealed envelope, marked at the top left hand comer “tender document” stating the job the company is applying for, lot number and should be addressed to The Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, OSGOF. The sealed envelope is to be dropped by hand into the tenders box of the OSGOF on or before 12 noon on Monday 10th May, 2010. INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR OPERATION, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING

BUS SHELTERS IN FCT

The FCTA, through Transportation Secretariat is embarking on the Operation, management and Maintenance of existing bus shelters for commuters in the FCT.

Consequently, the Secretariat is inviting competent and interested bidders for Expression of Interest for Operation, Management and Maintenance of existing bus shelters for commuters in the FCT.

2.     Pre-Qualification Criteria

Interested bidders must submit the following documents:-

1. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
3. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittances.
4. List of names of key professionals to be attached to the project and their qualification. Enclose photocopies of professional certificate where applicable.
5. Evidence of location of workshop to effect maintenance/repair works.
6. List of plants and equipment for repair and maintenance works.
7. List of similar and other jobs successfully executed with their locations.
8. Audited A/C of the bidder for the last three (3) years and bank name for verification.
9. Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking support (original)
10. Evidence(s) of compliance with the provision of the Pension Reform Act. 2004

Please, note that the original documents (a)-(c) must be produced for sighting during the opening session, while their absence will signify none responsiveness of bid.

4.       The proposal should be arranged in order of the specified criteria, loose bound and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked at the top right hand corner “PROVISION, CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF BUS SHELTERS IN FCT”.

5.       The pre-qualification bid must be returned to FCTA Tenders Board Secretariat, Room 043 (former Public Building), Area 11, Garki, Abuja on or before 12-00 noon, on or before 12^th May, 2010. All bids will be opened at Archives and History Bureau Building, near AGIS, Area 11 Garki Abuja on the same date at 2.00pm in the presence of all bidders or their representatives in attendance,

NB: This is not an invitation to tender. Full tendering will be applied only to bidders that have been pre-qualified and found capable of executing the project.

The Federal College of Education, Zaria is desirous of enhancing its Information Communication Technology (ICT) Access Availability,

7. Experience/technical qualification of key personnel
8. Similar projects executed with evidence.
9. Equipment and Technology capacity.
10. Annual turn-over.
11. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittance.
