INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR BIDS/TENDER

We are an Abuja-based Federal Government Agency within the Nigerian Financial Services Sector and required qualified ICT firms to:

A: Implement the Agency’s Wide Messaging and Collaboration solution that will provide:

· E-mail

· Instant Messaging

· Intranet Portal

· Document Management System

· Unified Communications

· Personal Information Management

· Group Scheduling

· Basic Workflow Functionality

· Self-Replication

· Training (for over 120 users)

B: Consultancy Services for Needs Assessment & Detailed Scoping Exercise for Automation of Business Processes:

Scope of Work

Identification of key drivers of organizational performance

Identification and documentation of the key organizational processes & actors (internal & external) including processes inputs, outputs, activities, critical success factors, key indicators or process performance and the systems that currently support those processes

· Analysis and modeling of identified organizational processes

· Benchmarking of process performance against best practices for similar regulators in developing and developed countries

· Identification of process gaps and development of recommendations for improvements in processes

· High level design of data and messaging architecture and interfaces required to support automation of the key processes

· High level design of application architecture security requirements

· High level design of monitoring technology and architecture

· Identification of priority processes that can be quickly automated and that have the potential for greatest impact on organizational performance

· Identification of skills and training requirements operating and running the processes

· Development of a detailed statement of work for automation of the key business processes including technology architecture and hardware and software components

· Development of high level cost estimates for deployment

· Development of an implementation roadmap with timeline and key deliverables

C: Equipment Procurement (End User Infrastructure)

· Desktop Printer

· Notebooks Systems with Integrated Biometric

· Scanners

· Colour LaserJet

· Workgroup Photocopiers/Printer

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Interested Pre-qualified bidders/contractors are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

· Evidence of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission

· VAT registration and past VAT remittances

· A detailed but brief profile of company

· Evidence of financial capacity and banking support

· Evidence of successful execution of similar project

· Sample Clientele

· List of professional support staff
