PREQUALIFICATION AND TENDER EXERCISE FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR OHSCF/OSSAP MDGS CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECT
INTRODUCTION
The Digital Bridge Institute (DBI) was established by the Nigerian Communications
Commission in 2004 for capacity building in the Information and Communication Technology sector.
The Institute is desirous to undertake a pre-qualification and tender exercise for the purchase of equipment and infrastructure for her OHSCF/OSSAP MDGs Capacity Building Project. Consequently, the Institute wishes to invite reputable contractors to indicate interest to pre-qualify and tender as stated below:

PREQUALIFICATION AND TENDER REQUIREMENTS
Interested reputable companies are required to submit for pre-qualification and tender information in compliance with the following:
· Certificate of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
· Three years (3) Tax Clearance Certificate of the Company.
· VAT Registration Certificate of the company and evidence of recent remittances to FIRS.
· Detailed profile of the company and list of key personnel stating their roles, designations, qualifications and experience, email addresses and phone numbers.
· Veritable evidence of similar jobs successfully handled in the past three years.
· Letter stating “Lots” in which company is interested.
· Reference letter from a bank stating the financial ability of your company to carry out such contracts.
· Any other information that will further enhance the pre-qualification of your firm.
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Application for the pre-qualification and tender documents shall be in two copies and a soft copy accompanied by the above listed documents, should be forwarded in a sealed waxed envelop boldly marked at the top left corner: “Pre-qualification and Tender for Supply of Infrastructure and Equipment for OHSCF/OSSAP MDGs Project” and addressed to:

CLOSING DATE:
All submission must be received at the above address on or before 12noon on 3rd November, 2009.
IMPORTANT NOICE
· This is a pre-qualification and tender exercise. The names of successful contractors will be communicated in writing and the names also posted on the Institute’s notice board. All costs incurred by any company in respect of this advertisement are at their own risk and the Institute shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this regard.
· Nothing in this advert shall be construed to be a commitment on the part of DBI.
· Bid document is available at a non refundable fee of N10, 000.00 (Ten thousand naira) only.
· Late submissions will be rejected.
