INVITATION FOR BIDS /TENDERS
This is an invitation for reputable contractors and suppliers to tender for the construction and procurement of the following:
- Construction of i No. Block of Classrooms and Academic Staff Offices.
- Procurement of classroom furniture comprising 5 sets of lecturers’ tables and chairs, 60 Nos. Hardwood 3 m Long Classroom Desks and forms and 10 Nos. Magnetic Boards.
- Procurement of furniture for Academic staff offices comprising 40 Nos. Tables with padded top, 44 Nos. leather padded arm chairs, 84 Nos. padded armless chairs, 4 Nos. Secretary’s Tables and 20 Nos. metal cupboards. Tender documents shall be obtained from the Office of the Ag. Director of Work & Services on payment of non-refundable fee of N10000.00 for item I and N5000.00 for items 2 and 3 in cash to the Bursary Department, Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe
Pre Qualification
To be pre-qualified, interested contractors and suppliers must supply verifiable evidence including and not limited to the following:
- Evidence of registration with the College
- Evidence of 3 years Tax Clearance
- Evidence of Financial capability and bank support
- Evidence of certificate of incorporation
- Evidence of previous similar contracts executed
Submission of Bids/Tenders
All Bids/Tenders must be submitted in a properly sealed envelope marked “Bids/Tenders for ETF Intervention Project 2007/2008″ on the upper left corner of the envelope and addressed to:

All bids/tender must be submitted on or before 18th February, 2010. Late bids/tenders will not be accepted.
