INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION TO PLAN AND BUY MASS MEDIA
Society for Family Health (SFH) was founded in 1985 and is one of Nigeria’s foremost Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and supports the government’s public health interventions in three key areas: HIV/AIDS prevention, family planning and maternal & child health (Malaria and diarrhea control) SFH partners with media organizations to promote behavior change an healthy lifestyles.
The organization has witnessed a significant increase in the number of mass media campaigns it runs annually. This is occasioned by a rise in the number of projects SFH is involved in including its appointment as the sub recipient of the BCC component of the Global fund Malaria project. It has become imperative to retain an advertising agency to manage SFH mass media campaigns on radio and TV. This will cover media planning and buying on behalf of SFH. The retainer ship will be for one year in the first instance and is renewable subsequently.
The EOIs should indicate
- Logistics/Strategies
- Experience on similar projects
- Profile of key personnel.
Upon the receipt of your expression of interest, SFH would provide a request for proposal (REP) with a detailed description of mass media interventions the organization will be executing within the year.
The letter for the expression of interest should reach our office address below on or before 5.00pm. Friday February 12th, 2010 in an envelope marked “SBC/MED. AG/2010”.
