INVITATION TO TENDER
The Anambra State EU-WSSSRP programme on behalf of the National Authorizing Officer (NAO) for the European Development Fund (EDF), intends to award contracts through Local OpenTender procedure for the following supplies

General Information
i. Selection Criteria
The minimum selection criteria are as specified in the Tender Dossier and include the technical and financial offers as detailed in clause 11, of instructions to Tenders
ii. Description of the contract
These are two separate contracts. The first is for the supply of equipment intended for setting up a data management system for Anambra State MPUR&CD. The second is intended to promote the WSSSRP and its funding partners in line with EU visibility guidelines and also to enhance the marketing of hygiene and sanitation services in ten small towns of the five focal LGA of Anambra State
iii. How to obtain the tender dossier
The tender dossier is obtainable free at the address state below; Tenders Must be submitted using the standard tender form included in the tender dossier, whose format and instructions must be strictly observed.
iv. Tender Guarantee
Tenders must provide a tender guarantee in the guarantee format provided as follows:

Tenders submitted with Guarantees using any template other than the model guarantee template provided in the tender dossier will be rejected.
v. Tender Validity
Tenders must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders
vi. Information Meeting
An information/clarification meeting will be held on Thursday February 18th, 2010 by 10.00am at the address below
vii. Period of Execution
Minimum one (1) month after contract signature
viii. Deadline for submission of tenders
Completed tenders shall be submitted on or before 10.00am on Thursday 4th March, 2010 to the content address below: Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered
ix. Tender Opening session
Tenders will be opened at 11.00am on Thursday 4th March, 2010 in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend
