INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER

Federal Capital Territory Judicial Service Committee, Abuja wishes to pre-qualify competent contractors and of her service providers who wish to tender for contracts for supply of goods and services in the 2010.

Interested persons are hereby invited to submit their documents for screening and further necessary action.

The Committee will require the following goods and services

(1)       SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENTS

1. Supply of Furniture
2. Supply of Office Equipments such as: Fax Machines, Electric Typewriters (IBM), Shredding Machine, Safes, Fire Proof Cabinets, Adding Machines, Air -conditioners, Refrigerators, Standing Fans, Ceiling Fans, Steel Filling Cabinet, Photocopier Machine, Television Sets, TV Stands, Wall Clocks, Rubbish bins, Stabilizers, UPS.

(2)       SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS, COMPUTER ACCESSORIES, NETWORKING AND COMMUNICATION

(12). SUPPLY OF UNIFORMS

Supply of Uniforms for Drivers, Security-men, Craftsmen, Artisans.

(13). Supply of Drugs and Medical Equipments

(14) Construction of an Archives warehouse & Store.

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

Prospective Contractors shall be required to posses the following Pre-qualification documents:

(a). Valid Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration

(b). Current Tax Clearance Certificate

(c). Value Added Tax Registration Certificate

(d). Three Years Company Audited Accounts

(Companies with annual Turn-over of less than Two Hundred Million Naira (N200, 000,000.00) need NOT to apply)

(e). Company Profile with Curriculum Vitae of Directors

(f)    Details of Equipments and Plants

(g).   Bank Reference Letter

EQUIUPMENTS

1. Supply of Desktop and Laptops Computers
2. DeskJet and LaserJet Printers
3. Provision of V-sat/Networking and Provision of Interact Facilities.
4. Supply of Projectors and related Equipments

(3)       PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

1. Information Technology
2. Finance
3. Office Management & Administration.
4. Staff Training

(4)       Rehabilitation of office /Library & Residential buildings.

(5)       Sinking of New and Rehabilitation of existing Boreholes

(6)       Supply of library Books, Equipments and Periodicals

(7)       Supply of library Books, Equipments and Periodicals

(8)       Printing of J.S.C Forms, Non-Security and other Documents

(9)       MAINTEANCE SERVICES

1. Facility Management of offices
2. Maintenance of Office Equipment
3. Maintenance of Office Furniture
4. Maintenance of Vehicles
5. Maintenance of Generators and Plants

(10)        Supply of Stationeries

(11)        SUPPLY OF OTHER OFFICE MATERIALS

1. Supply of Sporting Equipments
2. Supply of Sanitation Equipments
3. Supply of Security Equipments
4. Supply of Dinner Sets. Tea Sets, Kettles,  Cutlery Sets etc

(12)        SUPPLY OF UNIFORMS

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

Pre-qualification documents should be enclosed in sealed envelopes marked “2010 PRE-QUALIFICATION” and must be returned to the Tenders Board Secretariat, Abuja, on or before 23^rd March 2010, addressed to:

PLEASE NOTE:

(a)        All documents submitted will be subject to verification by the Committee from relevant Agencies like CAC, FIRS etc.

(b)       Late submissions will b rejected.

(c)        This advertisement for “Pre-Qualification to tender” shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of the FCT-JSC, Abuja nor shall it entitle any person to make any claims and or seek indemnity from the committee by virtue of such person having responded to this advert and the FCT-JSC shall not enter into correspondence with unsuccessful applicants.

(d)       Applicants must be specific in their area specialization and interest
