2. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a Credit from the International Development Association (World Bank) in various currencies to finance the cost of the National Fadama Development Project (NFDP-III), It is intended that part of the proceeds or this Credit will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Motor Vehicles.

3. The National Fadama Coordination Office (NFCO) now invites sealed bids

From eligible bidders for the supply of Motor Vehicles.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the National Fadama Coordination Office (NFCO), Nafisah Plaza, Plot 502, Off Constitution Avenue, Central Business Area, Abuja FCT. 08069609671 & 08034333049.

5. Complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ten Thousand Naira Only (N10, 000.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.

6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12 Noon on 27^th November, 2009 and must be accompanied by a security of “not less than 3%” of Bid Price

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 27^th November, 2009 by 12 Noon, at the National Fadama Coordination Office Conference Hall, Nafisah Plaza, Plot 502, Off Constitution Avenue, Central Business Area, Abuja FCT.
