The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory function and in compliance with Due Process requirement invites reputable firms for the supply of ink and toners for the printing of Register of Voters.

Aii.    LOT 37: Backup and processing of continuous voter registration data of 2009 & 2010 and integration of same into the State Server.

B.      General Technical Requirement

The company/firm profile highlighting in details the following:

(a)        Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission

(b)       Immediate past three years Audit Account of the firm

(c)        Immediate past three years Tax Clearance of either the firm

(d)       Evidence of Financial capability and bank support

(e)        Details of experience / Technical qualification of key personnel

(f)         List and Evidence of equipment and Technical capability to be utilized for the project

(g)        Evidence  of VAT  registration and past VAT remittances

(h)       Copies of current company bank statements, reference letter and consent to allow for verification with bankers,

(i)          Registration with relevant professional body.

D.   Financial Bids

(i) The unit cost for the supply of items bided for

(ii) The bid validity period for the quoted prices

E.  General Information

(i)     All tender for lot 1 to 36 must be accompanied with non-refundable processing fee of N10,000.00 and tender for lot 37 must be refundable processing fee

(ii)    The closing date for submission of the tender shall be 24^th March 2010 of this advert in any national newspapers,

(iii)    Only firms that are technical responsive will be contacted after evolution of Technical bid and invite for opening of financial bid.

F.      SUBMISSION

1. i.      Two copies of neatly bound technical proposal in separate envelops clearly marked with the specific lot number Bided for.
2. Two copies of neatly bound financial bid in separate envelops clearly marked financial bid for the specific lot number Bided for”.
