INVITATION FOR TENDER
1. PREAMBLE
The Independent National Electorial Commission (INEC) intends to procure EC 8 (R) posters. To this end, reputable Nigerian companies and printers are invited to bid.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
The posters (in 2 colours) are for the display of election results at poling Units.
3. REQUIREMENTS
Intersted bidders should submit a company profile with evidence of the following:
i. Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of three (3) years Audited Accounts.
iii. Evidence of three (3) years Tax Clearance.
iv. Evidence of financial capability and banking support
v. Experience/technical qualifications of key personnel
vi. Evidence of similar projects executed & knowledge of the industry
vii. Equipment & Technical Capability
viii. Evidence of Annual Turnover
ix. Evidence of VAT Registration & Past VAT Remittances
4. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL/BIDS
a) The proposal should include general and technical specifications such as size of poster, gram abd brand of paper.
b) Financial Bids are expected to provide financial quotation including bid validity period.
5. GENERAL INFORMATION
For futher clarification and or additional information you may contact; the Acting HOD, Operations INEC Headquarters, Maitama Abuja, during the period this advert is made public until the close of receipt of tender/financial bid.
6. SUBMISSION
Bidders are expected to submit the under listed documents:
a) Two sets of Technical Proposals/Bids and other requirements in an envelop bodly marked “Tender/Bid for the Printing and Supply of EC 8 (R) Posters”
b) Two sets of financial proposals/Bids in another envelope sealed and boldly marked “Financial Bid for the Printing and Supply of EC 8 (R) Posters”.
c) Evidence of payment of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only, non-refundable tender/financial bid processing fee in each of the aforementioned envelopes.
d) All submission are to be delivered to the address below on or before 29th June, 2009.
