RE-INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS FOR SUPPLY OF SCHOOLS FURNITURE’S TO PUBLIC PRIMARY AND JUNIOR SECONDARY
1. Reference to the cancellation of our previous advert on the supply of schools furniture, the Jigawa State Universal Basic Education Board wishes to re advertise for the tendering of furniture’s to public primary and Junior Secondary Schools across the state.
2. The Board invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of schools furniture’s to public primary and Junior Secondary Schools across the State as follows:-

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the Jigawa State Universal Basic Education, Block 2 old Secretariat Dutse, during office hours 9.00 am, – 5,00 p,m, (Monday – Friday). A set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by Interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above, from the office of Director Planning Research and Statistics upon payment of a non refundable fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only. The method of payment shall be in cash or certified Bank draft payable to Jigawa State Universal Basic Education Board Dutse. Document will be collected by hand and no liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address above.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of at least 2.5% of bid price or an equivalent amount in Bank guarantee or certified Bank draft in Naira and be delivered to the address above on or before 22nd November 2009. Bids will be opened on the closing date in the presence of bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend at Jigawa State Library Hall behind United Bank for Africa (UBA) PLC; Dutse, Branch at 12.00 noon prompt Late bids will be rejected
