EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PHYSICAL PROJECTS
The Central Bank of Nigeria proposes to undertake, under its 2009 Capital Projects, the under listed projects:
i. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Abakaliki, Ref CBN/CDP/2009/00lA
ii. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Ado Ekiti, (Ref CBN/CDP/2009/001B.
iii. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Damaturu (Ref CBN/CDP/2009/001C.
iv. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Dutse, (Ref CBN/CDP/2009/001D.
v. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Lafia, (Ref CBN/CDP/2009/001E
vi. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Yenagoa, (Ref CBN/CDP/2009/001F.
vii. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Birnin Kebbi (Ref CBN/CDP/2009/001G
viii. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Gusau (Ref CBN/CDP/2009/001H
ix. Construction of CBN Branch Buildings at Jalingo, (Ref CBN/CDP/2009/001J
Consultancy Services will be required in the under listed areas in order to successfully execute the projects,
i. Project Management Services
ii. Architectural Services
iii. Structural Engineering Services
iv. Quantity Surveying Services
v. Electrical Engineering Services,
§ Power and Distribution,
§ Extra Low Voltage, (Information Communication Technology)
§ infrastructure and Building Management systems
§ Security and Safety installations.
vi. Mechanical Engineering Services,
§ Hot and Cold water Supply and storage systems,
§ Waste and Storm water Drainage systems
§ Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC)
§ Fire Fighting and Suppression systems
§ Transportation (Lifts)
Consequently, reputable firms interested in rendering services to the Bank in the categories as listed below, are requested to send in their Expression of interest (EOI) for that purpose.
§ Project Management Services: Post Contract Services
§ Architectural Services; Post Contract Services.
§ Structural Engineering Services: Pre and Post Contract Services
§ Quantity Surveying Services: Pre and Post Contract Services
§ Electrical Engineering Services: Pre and Post Contract Services
§ Mechanical Engineering Services: Pre and Post Contract Services
Requirements:
Evidence of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
Evidence of participation in similar projects of value not less than N3.5Billion
Evidence of Professional License to carryout the specific services.
Corporate profile of the firm including CV of key personnel Supported by Professional licenses, registered address, functional contact email address.
§ GSM phone number(s), facsimile number(s).
§ Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years as at when due.
§ Audited accounts in the last three (3) years dully stamped by license Auditors
§ Verifiable reference of related services rendered in the last three (3) years (attach letters of engagement)
§ References of satisfactory performance on similar projects from three (3) previous clients.
§ For Electrical Engineering Services, Evidence of Competences on
i. Power and Distribution.
ii. Extra Low Voltage, (Information Communication Technology)
