1. This invitation for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice for the Project that appears in the Development Business, issue no. 637 and Daily Newspaper of Nigeria of July 3rd. 2009.
2. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a Credit from the International Development Association World Bank  in various currencies to finance the cost of the Third National Fadama Development Project (NFDP-III); It is intended that part of the processed of this Credit will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Vehicle and Motorcycles.
3. The Jigawa State Fadama Coordination Office (SFCO) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of Vehicle and Motorcycles.

2. Complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee to Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000=00), The method of payment will be in cash. The Bidding Documents will be obtained on payment
3. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12Noon on Thursday 29^th April, 2010 and must be accompanied by a security of 2.5% of Bid Price. Electronic bidding will not be permitted
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on Thursday 29^th April, 2010 by 12noon, at the Jigawa State Fadama Coordination Office (SFCO), Sani Abacha way, P.M.B 7024, JARDA – Headquarters, Dutse, Jigawa Stale, Late bids will be rejected.
