1. This invitation for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice for the Project that appears in the DG market of June 19, 2009 and This Day Newspaper of July 3, 2009
2. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a Credit from the International Development Association (World Bank) in various currencies to finance the cost of the Third National Fadama Development Project (NFDP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Credit will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Motorcycle.
3. The Bauchi State Third Fadama Coordination Office (BA-SFCO) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the supply of Office Equipment as listed below:

1. The Bauchi Fadama Coordination Office now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Motorcycle to be procured.
2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines. Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Sources Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Bauchi State Fadama Coordination Office, Gidan Gona, Dass Road Bauchi 08020971710, e-mail: bauchifadama@yahoo.com (Coordinator), 08065520255 e-mail schinade01@yahoo.co.uk (Procurement Officer, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from the hours of 8:00 Am to 4:00 Pm Mondays.
4. Qualification requirements three (3) years of audited account and must have annual turnover of ten Million Naira (N10, 000.000.00).
5. A complete set of Bidding Document as English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000, 00). The method of payment will be in cash. The Bidding Decrements will be obtained on payment–:
