The Federal Government of Nigeria has approved the year 2010 Budgetary allocation of the EFCC for implementation. The Procurement Planning Committee of the Commission has deliberated and approved the implementation of the Budget for the specific needs of the Commission aimed at enhancing Efficiency and strengthening the capacity of the anti-corruption crusade of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. To implement project activities, the EFCC will procure various works, goods and services itemized below:

• Printing & Supply of Security Documents
• Printing & Supply of Non security Documents
• Supply of EFCC generic T-Shirts
• Bill Board Message
• Supply of Bannerettes
• Supply of Office stationary
• Supply of Investigation Gadgets
• Supply of ICT equipment
• Supply of Fire proof Safes
• Supply of Copiers and printers
• Supply of SARU Advocacy papers
• Supply of Air Conditioners
• Supply of Plaques find Lapel pins
• Supply of Desktops and Laptops (HP)
• Purchase of Operational Vehicles

Services

Consultancy for Design and Construct ion Supervision

Works

• Construction of New EFCC Head Office in Abuja
• Construction office Block and Cells (Gombe, Kano, Enugu, Port Harcourt)

Procurement of the above items financed by the Project will be conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2007 and its applicable guidelines for the procurement of goods and services.
