  1. This Invitation for Bid follows the General Procurement Clinic for the Project was cleared on the 26th February 2010
  2. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a Grant from the International Development Association (IDA) in various currencies to finance the cost of the Third National Fadama Development Project (Fadama III) It is intended that part of the process of this Grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Computers and Office Equipments
  3. The National Fadama Coordination Office (NFCO) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Computers and Office Equipment

  1. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the: NATIONAL FADAMA COORDINATION OFFICE, NAFISA PLAZA, OFF CONSTITUTION AVENUE, CENTRAL BUSINESS AREA, ABUJA FCT
  2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB), a procedure specified in the World Bank Guidelines Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, October, 2006. The bidding document will be collected by the representative of the bidder, or sent by courier services on request.
  3. Complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchase bidders on the submission of a written application to the above address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira only (N10, 000, 00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
  4. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or 12th April, 2010 and must be accompanied by a less than 3% of Bid Price. Late bids will be rejected
  5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 12lh April 2010 by 12 Noon, at the address in paragraph 4 above
