INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR 2009 CAPITAL PROJECTS

The Federal Polytechnic Mubi is desirous of executive of the following projects under the 2009 fiscal year

(i) Construction of classroom/offices for Academic Department

(ii) Construction of Academic Block of house studios/office

(iii) Provision of classroom furniture

(iv) Auditorium

(v) 2No Perkins Generators (1000 & 500KVA)

(vi) Fencing of Barama Wing of the Polytechnic Land

(vii) Solar Street Light

(viii) Fire Fighting Vehicle

(ix) Sewage Disposal Vehicle

Interested/competent contractors who are conversant with construction projects and supply of fumit ure are invited to apply for pre-qualification for the execution of the projects.

2 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

(i) Evidence of incorporation Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

(ii) Current Tax Clearance certificate for the last three (3) years.

(iii) Evidence of financial capabilities for executing the project(s) i.e. statement of Bank account and Bank reference letter.

(iv) Evidence of experiences/technical qualification of key personnel.

(v) Evidence of similar jobs executed (award letters, completion certificates, photographs, etc.).

(vi) Details of equipment /plants owned or to be hired.

(vii) VAT registration and evidence of remittances

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION/TENDER

All Pre-qualification and tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelope indicating the project and marked “Pre-qualification for 2009 project” which must be delivered to:
