INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TENDER

In compliance with due process requirements of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Rano Local Government hereby invites interested qualified and reputable Contractors with relevant experiences for the following projects:-

6. Construction of Juma’at Mosque Hukiyi

7. Purchase of set of borehole rig Secretariat

8. Construction of mechanised boreholes Fadisonka, Katrije, Pansheri, and Zambur Towns

9. Construction of Local Government Secretariat Rano Town

10. Construction of feeder road G/Murabus to Kasuwar dila, Rano – Pansheri G/Kaudagi, Kwacani – Bima

11. Extension of electric wiring FSiyaran – Kundu

12. Purchase of quarrying machine/crusher Secretariat

13. Construction of Drainage along Rurum-Tsirutawa Feeder Road

PRE-QUAURCATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Evidence of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

2. Registration with the State Works Regis;

3. Company’s Audited Accounts for 3 years.

4. Certificate of Tax Clearance

5. Evidence of Tax Clearance/Banking Support.

6 Experiences and Technical capabilities and key personnel

7. Record of previous projects executed/performed.

8. VAT Registration.

9. Local Resource with utilization.

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUAUFICATION, DOCUMENTS

On or before 8th June, 2009.

COLLECTION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

Successful contractor will be duly informed and is expected to start collection of tender documents on or before 15th June, 2009.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Local Government shall not bear the cost of preparation and submission of application for pre-qualification, the local Government is neither committed nor obliged to undertake the work described in this advert.
