INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND FINANCIAL BIDDING OF CONTRACTORS

The Federal College of Education, Katsina intends to execute the under listed project under the 2009 Capital Appropriation.

1.       Purchase of Ino. 52 seater 30 standing manual diesel. engine Mercedes Benz

MBO1721

2       Purchase of serviceable parts of diesel engine vehicle.

3.       Sinking of 1 no Manually operated Borehole and maintenance of 3 (three) others.

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Head Procurement Department after payment of non refundable fees of N20,000.00 for the first project and N5,000.00 each for the others.

PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

All interested, experienced and reputable suppliers/contractors are hereby invited to submit the following documents for above projects in order to qualify for pre-qualification.

i.          Certificate of incorporation or business name registration.

ii.         Company Audited Account for three (3) year,

iii.        Tax Certificate for the last three (3) year.

iv.        Evidence of financial capability and banking support.

v.         Company profile including technical qualification and experience

of key personnel

vi.        Similar projects/supplies executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry (please attach copies of award letters for on-going projects).

vii.       Equipment and technology capacity where applicable.

viii.      Annual turn over

ix.        VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittances.

x.         Any additional information that may enhance the change of the Company.

Submissions of Pre-Qualification/Financial Bidding Documents

Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in sealed envelope marked at the top left hand corner with the Procurement Department, Federal College of Education, Katsina on or before 22^nd February, by 12:00noon.

All submitted documents shall be publicly opened at 12:01pm of the closing date in the conference room. Tenderers or their representatives are advised to be present.
