TENDER NOTICE
Mangu local Government council invites duly register contractors with the council for the execution of various capital projects with the local government council as listed below:
List of project to be executed:
1. Renovation of two (2) block federal low cost houses.
2. Fencing of mararaba pushit market.
3. Construction of three (3) Bed room flat for Deputy chairman
4. Construction of three (3) Bed room flat for legislative leader
5. Construction of cool room with offices PHC Dept Mangu LGC
6. Renovation of works Department Mangu L.G.C
7. Renovation of PHC Department Mangu L.G.C
8. Fencing of proposed L.G.C guest house in Abuja
9. Construction of lock -up shops at Gindiri
10. Construction of new Administrative block phase 1LG secretariat
11. Construction of new PHC clinic in Kopal
12. Construction of new PHC clinic in Kombili
13. Construction of Model shopping complex, Mangu
PRE- QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
1. Evidence of Registration as contractor(s) with the L G C
2. Evidence of Incorporation / Registration of business name
3. Evidence of financial capability (copy of recent financial statement from the bank operating with).
4. Experience and Technical Qualification
5. Any other additional information that may enhance the chances of the constructor or company.
Eligible contractors or companies should forward their documents to the secretary tender’s Board, Mangu L.G.C to reach him on or before 16th November 2009
