INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
The State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Bauchi intends to carry out some projects under the 2009 Education Trust Fund (ETF), Special BOT intervention.

Reputable contractors are hereby invited to bid in the following projects:

2. To qualify for the bidding, the following documents are required:
3. i.            Certificate of Incorporation of Company with the Corporate Affairs       Commission.
4. ii.            Evidence of registration as a Contractor with the Bauchi State Government.
5. iii.            Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
6. iv.            Evidence of Financial strength of the Company.
7. v.            Professional qualification of key personnel of the company.
8. vi.            Availability of plants and equipments to execute the works.

1. Pre-qualification document should be sealed and marked CONFIDENTIAL and addressed to the Executive Chairman, Bauchi State Universal Basic Board, Ajiya Adamu Road, Near Awalah Hotel Roundabout, P.M.B. 0109, Bauchi, Bauchi State.
2. This is only invitation for pre-qualification and not for tender and is valid till 22^nd February 2010
3. Only shortlisted contractors will be contacted fr tender after screening please.
