INVITATION FOR PRE QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS AND TENDER

The Federal College of Education, Zaria is desirous of enhancing its Information Communication Technology (ICT) Access Availability,

In view of the above, the College is inviting competent and experienced Contractors to submit their pre-qualification and tender documents which shall be tendered in English Language in respect of any of the following Lots,

Lot I:           Wireless Wide Area Network, New Systems for the ICT Centre; VSAT connectivity consolidation and power systems for the ICT Centre

Lot II:         Official FCE, Zaria Webmail/e-mail solution; Digital Literacy skills; and ICT Security Cyber Security (Cysec) Capacity Building,

Pre-Qualification Requirements

Those interested in the Pre-qualification and Tender are required to collect tender documents from the Estate Department upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N30,000.00 per Lot in the Bursary Department,

Interested Contractors are to submit comprehensive technical and financial information for each of the project they are interested in to the Registrar, which are as follows:

1. Name of the Contractor/Company postal address, telephone, e-mail address of the officer where correspondence can be directed and Contractor’s representative.
2. Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
3. Registration with Ministry of Works in relevant category.
4. Company audited account for the last three (3) years.
5. Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years
6. i Evidence of financial capability and banking support.
7. Experience/technical qualification of key personnel
8. Similar projects executed with evidence.
9. Equipment and Technology capacity.
10. Annual turn-over.
11. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittance.

Additional Information

This advert shall not be construed as commitment on the part of the College Authorities, nor shall it entitle any company to make any claims whatsoever, or seek any indemnity from the College by virtue of such company having responded to this advert. All costs incurred shall be to the responding Company’s accounts.

Submission Of Pre-Qualification/tender Tender Documents

The pro-qualification and tender documents should be seated in separate envelopes and marked TRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE RESPECTIVE LOTS and the tender envelope marked TENDER FOR THE RESPECTIVE LOTS.

The College reserves the right to reject any or all the submissions
