INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATIONOF CONTRACTORS
The Federal College of Education, Katsina intends to execute the under listed project under the E.T.F 2008 Library Intervention project.
Procurement of four hundred and thirty two (432) No. various volumes of assorted books and Library furniture.
PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All interested, experienced and reputable contractors are hereby invited to submit the following documents for the above projects in order to qualify for pre-qualification.
i. Certificate of incorporation or business name registration,
ii. Company Audited Account for three (3) years,
iii. Tax Certificate for the last three (3) years,
iv. Evidence of financial capability and banking support,
v. Company profile including technical qualification and experience of key personnel
vi Similar projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry (please attach copies of award letters for on-going projects),
vii. Equipment and technology capacity,
viii. Annual turn oven
ix. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittances,
x. Any additional information that may enhance the change of the company.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in sealed envelope marked at the top left hand comer to the Procurement Department, Federal College of Education, Katsina on or before 8th March 2010 by 12:00 noon.
All submitted documents shall be publicly opened at 12:01pm of the closing date in the conference room. Tenderers or their representatives are advised to be present.
