INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER FOR THE DRILLING OF HAND PUMP FITTED BOREHOLES AND CONSTRUCTION OF VIP TOILETS UNDER UBE 2009 PROJECT

Republic Contractors are hereby invited by the Bauchi State Universal Basic Education Board to bid in the following projects:

1. Drilling of Hand fitted Boreholes
2. Constructions of VIP Toilets (4 Pits)

2    To qualify for the bidding, the following documents are required,

1. Certificate of Incorporation of Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission,
2. Evidence of registration as a Contractor with the Bauchi State Government
3. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
4. Evidence of Financial strength of the Company
5. Professional qualification of key personal of the company
6. Availability of plants and equipments to execute the works

Pre-qualification document should sealed and marked CONFIDENTIAL and addressed to the Executive Chairman, Bauchi State Universal Basic Board, Ajiya Adamu Road, Near Awalah Hotel Round about. P.M.B. 0109. Bauchi, Bauchi State.

This is only an invitation for pre-qualification and not for tender and is valid till 25^th March 2010
