INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANTS FOR CAPITAL PROJECT’S

INTRODUCTION

The Management of National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, Ijanikin, Lagos invites, reputable firms of consultants for Pre-qualification to tender services for execution of capital project in the college.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work includes preparation of detailed/full drawings including all necessary tests, preparation of contract/tender documents and supervision. The consultants are also expected to provide other services that will facilitate the execution of the building projects.

LOCATION OF THE PROJECTS

The project site is located at the NPMCN, KM 26 Badagry Expressway, Ijanikin, Lagos

REQUIREMENTS

Interested Civil/structural Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Consulting Firms who wish to participate in the project are required to submit their firm’s profile which must include but not limited to the following documents:

Registration certificate with Corporate Affairs Commission.

· Evidence of Qualification and registration with appropriate professional bodies.

· Evidence of similar jobs don within the past three (3) years.

· Company profile and address/office locations.

· Audited accounts for the past three (3) years.

· Evidence of VAT Certificate.

· Curriculum Vitae of the Principal Officers of the firm.

· Name and address of bankers and reference letter from such banks.

· Any other information to prove the company’s corporate and technical experience and capabilities.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

The consultancy services will be executed with strict adherence to all constractural terms in the signed agreement by both parties.

All invited consultants will be required to submit a technical report.

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION

Pre-qualification documents are to be enclosed in the sealed envelopes and clearly marked at the left hand corner (Pre-qualification for Consultancy Services). All documents must be submitted on or before 3rd July, 2009 latest 12 noon on the last day and addressed to:

Note:

Opening of Bids shall be on the last day of submission by 2.00pm in the presence of all bidders on their representatives who choose to attend. Response to the invitation shall not obliged the college to consider any responding firm for qualification.
