INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF

CONSULTANTS AND CONTRACTORS

A. INTRODUCTION

The Federal College of Education intends to complete the under listed 2007 Liability Projects in the College year 2009 Capital Appropriation:

i. Completion of Students Hostels

ii. Completion of Expansion of School of Languages

iii. Completion of renovation of Roads and Drainages

B. CONSULTANTS REQUIRED

The Consultancy Services requires are;

i. Architectural Services

ii. Structural Engineering Services

iii. Electrical Engineering Services

iv. Mechanical Engineering Services y.

v. Quantity Surveying Services

C. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSULTANTS

The following documents are required to be submitted by prospective Consultants in order to be considered for pre-qualification:

vi. Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission

vii. Registration with relevant Professional Regulatory Bodies (ARCON, COREN, QSBON ETC) as appropriate,

viii. Evidence of Registration of Principal partners with relevant professional Regulatory Bodies as appropriate,

ix. Three (3) years Tax clearance Certificate (2006-2008).

x. Company Profiles and verifiable evidence of relevant on-going and successfully completed projects.

D. PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR CONTRACTORS

All interested, experienced and reputable contractors are hereby invited to submit the following documents for the above jobs in order to qualify for pre-qualification.

1. Certificate of incorporation or business registration certificate
2. Company Audited Account for last 3 years
3. Three years (3) Tax clearance certificate (2006-2008)
4. Company Profiles and verifiable evidence of relevant projects successfully completed with certificate
5. Evidence of financial capability and Banking supports
6. Company Profiles and including Technical Qualification and experience of key personnel
7. History of similar project executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry (please attach copies of award letter for on-going project practical completion certificate for completed project)
