2010 Invitation for Pre – Qualification to Tender
The High Court of justice, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja wishes to pre-qualify competent contractors and other service providers who wish to tender for contracts for construction and supply of goods and services in the year 2010.
Interested persons are hereby invited to submit their documents for screening and further necessary action.
The court will require the following goods and services:
- Supply of Motor Vehicles and Spare Parts
a) Peugeot 307 station Wagon vehicles.
b) Kia Rio and kia Caren Cars.
c) Honda Accord (Discussion conts)
d) Honda Civic (leather) full option.
e) Water Tanker,
f) Mitsubishi Canter.
g) Toyota Hilux single and double cabin.
- Supply of Office Furniture and Equipment
a) Supply of Court Furniture.
b) Supply of Residential furniture and equipment.
c) Supply of Office Equipment such as: Fax Machine, Electric Typewriters (IBM), Shredder Machines, Security Safes (Fire Proof), Adding Machines, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Standing Fans, Ceiling Fans, Steel Filing Cabinets, Photocopier Machines, Television sets, TV stands, wall docks, Rubbish bins, stabilizers, Ups etc.
3. Supply of Computers, Computer Accessories Networking and Communication Equipment
a) Supply of Desktop and Laptop computers.
b) DeskJet and LaserJet Printers,
c) Supply of Court Recording equipment.
d) Provision of Intercom services.
e) Computerization of Courts.
f) Supply of Projectors and related equipment.
- Construction of Court Building and Multi-level Car Park.
- 5. Provision of Consultancy Services in the Following Areas
a) Construction.
a) Information Technology,
b) Finance.
c) Legal services.
- Rehabilitation of courts and Hon. Judges Quarters.
- Sinking of New and Rehabilitation of existing Boreholes in courts and Hon. Judges Quarters.
- Supply of Power Generating plants/Installation and Generator spare parts.
- Rehabilitation of fire fighting equipment & Replacement of central Alarm systems in residence & Court buildings.
10. Supply of Library Books, Equipment and periodicals.
11. Printing of Judicial Forms, probate forms, non-security documents and other documents.
Maintenance Services
a) Facility management of courts.
b) Maintenance of Vehicles.
c) Maintenance of Office Furniture.
d) Maintenance of Off.ee Equipment
e) Maintenance of Generators and Plants.
f) Maintenance of Computers.
g) Maintenance of Judges’ Quarters.
h) Maintenance of Courts.
(13) Supply of stationeries.
(14) Supply of Various Stationeries to the Courts and Offices
a) Supply of Sporting Equipment.
b) Supply of Sanitation Equipment.
c) Supply of Security Equipment.
d) Supply of Dinner Sets, Tea Sets, Kettles, Cutlery Sets etc.
(15) Supply of Uniforms
Supply of Uniforms for the Drivers, Security men, Craftsmen, Artisans, Registrars and court clerks etc
Pre -Qualification Requirement
Prospective Contractors Shall be required to posses the following pre-qualification documents:
a) Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Registration,
b) Current Tax Clearance Certificate.
c) Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.
d) Three Years’ company Audited Accounts (Companies with annual turn-over of less than Two Hundred Million Naira (N200,000,000) need NOT to apply).
e) Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with the High Court of the FCT, Abuja.
f) Company profile with Curriculum Vitae of Directors.
g) Details of Equipment and Plants.
h) Bank Reference Letter.
i) Evidence of execution of similar contracts with the High Court or any other Government establishment (Letter or Certificate of Successful completion must be attached)
Submission of Pre – Qualification Documents
Pre-qualification document should be enclosed in seated envelop marked “2010 PRE – QUALIFICATION” and must be returned to Tenders Board Secretariat, High Court of Justice Abuja, on or before 8th March., 2010, addressed to:
The Secretary,
High Court of the FCT, Maitama,
Abuja, FCT.
PLEASE NOTE:
a) All documents submitted will be subject to verification by the Court from relevant Agencies like CAC, FIRS etc.
b) Late submission will be rejected.
c) This advertisement for “Pre – qualification to tender” shall not be construed to be a Commitment on the part of the High Court of the FCT Abuja nor shall it entitle any person to make any claims and / or seek any indemnity from the Court by virtue of such person having responded to this advert.
d) Applicants must be specific in their areas of specialization and interest.
