INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

INTRODUCTION

The Federal College of Land Resources Technology, Kuru -Jos Plateau State, a Parastalal under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources hereby invites applications for pre-qualification exercises from competent and interested companies for execution of the approval projects under its year 2009 capital budget.

PROJECTS

Lot A 1: Construction of Agric Engineering Technology Workshop and Procurement of Machine tools and equipment.

Lot A 2: Sinkin of 1 No. Bore Hole with overheard water tank and standby generator.

Lot A 3: Constrution of Sporting Facilities (Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Badminton and Lawn Tennis Courts.)

Lot A 4: Construction of College Clinic building and procurement of medical furniture, equipment, drugs and dispensary.

Lot A 5: Renovation of 15 units Staff quarters (bungalows with boys quarters) (Phase I)

Lot A 6: Perimeter fencing of College Land (Phase II).

CONSULTANCY

Lot B 1: Construction of Livestock Houses

Lot B 2: Rehabilitation of College Intergrated/Demonstration Farm Irrigation Channels.

Lot B 3: Production of Extension bulletins/pamphlets.

Lot B 4: Procurement of teaching aids, multimedia equipment and digital cameras.

PRE-QUALIFICATION

To qualify for consideration interested companies are required to submit the followin:

- Evidence of incorporation with the corperate Affairs Commission

- Current Tax clearance certificate for the 3 years valid up to December 31st 2008

- Company VAT registration certificate for the 3 years valid up to Decemder 31st 2008

- Company profile

- Evidence of similar jobs successfully executed with federal or State Government establishment

- Evidence of registration with the college

- Evidence of financial capabilty

- Any other information that enhance the chance of the company

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION

All pre-qualification documents should reach the undersigned on or before 3oth June 2009, 12:00noon Prompt.

The bids will be opened at 12:00 same day.
