PUBLIC NOTICE

YEAR 2008 EDUCATION TRUST FUND PROJECT INVITATION FOR

COLLECTION OF BIDS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FURNITURE AND

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TSANGAYA

SYSTEM OF EDUCATION MODEL PRIMARY SCHOOL

In compliance with the policy of due process of the Federal Government of Nigeria. The State Universal Basic Education Board. Gombe wishes to pre-qualify and invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of furniture and instructional material for the implementation of tsangaya system of education model primary school (Model Quranic School Kumo Akko LGEA)

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

Contractors shall be required to poses the following pre-qualification documents:

(i) Valid certificate of incorporation

(ii) Evidence of registration with SUBEB, Gombe.

(iii) Current Tax clearance certificates for the past three years.

(iv) Value added Tax Registration,

(v) Name and address of Bank (s) including a letter of reference from the Bank,

(vi) Day time phone number.

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION AND COLLECTION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS

Bidding document will be collected from 10: am Monday, 5^th October, 2009 to 4:00pm Friday, 9th October 2009.

Pre-qualification documents should be submitted along with bidding document in a wax- sealed envelopes mark PRE-QUALIFICATION/ETF/2008 TSANGAYA PROJECT, and bidding document in a separate envelope TENDER /ETF/2008 TSANGAYA PROJECT respectively and submitted to the Address here under stated from 10am. Monday, 12^th October. 2009 to 10am Wednesday 14th October 2009

Tender/Bidding document in English language will be inspected and collected from the ETF Desk Officer on payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N10,000.00 only in cash at the Finance Dept. or Bank Draft made payable to State Universal Basic Education Board Gombe. The Tender/Bidding documents will be open on Wednesday 14th October 2009 by 12pm.

Successful bidders will be contacted on phone.

NOTE: This advertisement shall not be construed to be commitment on the part of SUBEB GOMBE to award any form of contract to a Company, consequently it shall not entitled Company an indemnity from SUBEB GOMBE, SUBEB GOMBE reserved the right to take final decision on any document received in the Pre-qualification and Bidding documents.
